anitabuilder terms

anitabuilder is a free hobby project run by one person. By using it, you agree to the following.
The game
The cities, people and travel in the game are modelled from public data, simplified, and some of it will be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything outside the game.
Your account
Accounts are optional and shared with noritetsu. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. A password account with no recovery email cannot be recovered if you forget the password.
The service may change, lose data, or shut down at any time, with or without notice. Leaderboard entries are not backed up. Your games are kept only in your browser, so save them to a file if you want a copy.
Leaderboards
Leaderboard points are reported by your own browser. Do not edit saves or send made-up scores to climb a leaderboard. Display names must not be offensive or impersonate anyone. Names, leaderboard entries or accounts that break these rules may be removed.
Do not use anitabuilder to send spam or to put unreasonable load on the server.
No warranty
anitabuilder is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, its author is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
